Boats drop their anchors,
sun sets over our city,
lovers going home.
Homeward
Noncommittal
Ships at the ready,
lined up on our city’s shores;
neutral hobbyists.
Bay watch
Day out by the bay:
when the blues overwhelm you
greenery brings calm.
Fade
As the daylight fades,
eyes of the city twinkle,
fire ball drowns the sky.
Crown
A crown overhead
towers over everyone;
old architecture.
