Delicious
Like a butter dish,
giant yellow daylily—
a feast for the ants.
Fiery
Torch lily burns bright,
blooming in all its glory—
shadowed by tall trees.
Sunny spot
Undisturbed flower
in a volcanic crater
where the sun shines bright.
Red
Little red blossom
sat atop a mountain tree
far from scissor hands.
