as we glare at its cold depths—
humans, passing clouds.

Wouldn’t world be better—
if the silver we pine for,
are gum trees only.

Fireball in the sky,
showering the world with sparks,
warm up for winter.
Never judge
Covers can mislead:
rugged blemishes on trees—
